Eva Rigney is the best. We have used her services three different times; the first time being when we bought a condo as a 2nd home, then when we sold it & finally when we purchased a permanent home. Eva Rigney is extremely professional and is very passionate about her job. We trust her which is a very, very important factor in choosing a Real Estate Agent or for that matter in any business dealing! She does not keep us guessing and constantly keeps us in the loop of any changes coming down the pike. Trying to purchase a home or land can be stressful. Trying the purchase from long distance just makes it even harder. Eva was responsive and professional every step of the was. We felt like we had great information to move forward with our decision , so we couldn't ask for more.

Eva is always quick to respond and made herself available to us before, during, and after our purchase. She went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was convenient and efficient for us (which was so important considering we were making a a move from another state that was eight hours away). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva to anyone from family to friends to acquaintances or even strangers as I know she’ll provide them with the same great service she provided to us.

Eva was an absolute delight to work with! A friend of mine recommended her and I’m so glad he did! We lived out of town and needed to see a lot of homes in a short amount of time. She was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. Eva was also readily available via phone/text/email to help us any way she could. She helped negotiate a better deal than we thought was possible! I consider Eva an expert agent and would definitely use her again!

If you're looking for a Real Estate Agent in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding area, I'd recommend Eva Rigney with Quas Realty. Eva is one of the best I've ever dealt with. She is caring and takes a personal interest in her clients always striving to find exactly what you need and making sure all details are covered properly. She is the only Realtor who took the time to work with me when I was reviewing this area for a future move. Choosing her to represent me was the best choice I've ever made.

Eva made us feel like family the minute we met her.
I had communicated with her online, gave her our wishlist for our vaction home.
We flew down on a Friday morning, she picked us up at our hotel.
Which we really appeciated since we were not familiar with the area. She had several showings scheduled that afternoon for us. And even took time to stop for lunch.
She was very thorough, and honest..about any concerns about some of the properties.
We could tell her main concern was finding the right place for us.
We found a few possibilites, but she encouraged us to see more homes the following day.
While we were at a showing, we saw another property we were interested in, and Eva contacted the listing realtor, and got us in. Although it was already under contract, lucky for us the deal fell through, and after negotiating the price, Eva was able to draw up a contract that day.
Because we live out of state,
Eva also took time out of her busy schedule to represent us during the inspection phase and was kind enough to come to our closing the following month.
If you want to develop a relationship with a realtor you can trust, Then I suggest you contact Eva Rigney @ Quas Realty.. she will not disappoint you.
We were truly blessed to have choosen her as our realtor.
We have made a new friend!

I've used Eva as my real estate agent when I came into the greater Myrtle Beach area . She was very attentive to my needs and I was impressed that we had a long sit-down discussion first to go over all the "must-have" and "don't want" details. After finding my home, we are still in contact after the purchase, as she provides a customized market survey fo me, per my request, to keep me up-to-date. Very highly recommended .

Eva helped me and my family truly find a remarkable home. We were moving from Alabama to SC at the time. She was extremely responsive in research, answering our questions as they came up, arranging meetups, virtual showing, etc. She literally went above and beyond in every regard.
