He is very knowledgeable about the DMV market and real estate trends. Evan always made himself available to us, answered all of our questions and put our needs as a client first. Evan is a dynamic, proactive, and talented professional. As a first time buyer, I had lots of questions and concerns. He spent time to get to know me and understand my unique needs and showed appropriate properties. Evan helped me put together a strong offer (which was accepted within hours). I couldn’t have asked for a smoother home-buying journey! I attribute this to Evan’s talent in understanding the fabric of the city, his client’s needs and using that to find the right place for his clients; and having strong relationships with other realtors and service providers (inspectors, lenders, etc) who were very timely and responsive!
