Mica Krayzman Foundation Administrator at Roddenberry Foundation My husband and I purchased our first home last year and choose Felix Fooks at ReMax Olson of Woodland Hills to be our realtor, based on his lengthy experience, extensive knowledge of the LA and San Fernando Valley, and several positive referrals. Felix was fantastic from start to finish. He first sat down with us to define our needs, wants, budget, and timeframe. He carefully noted exactly what amenities we we're looking for in a home, neighborhoods we liked, and how much we could afford. He diligently sent us properties in that fit our criteria and went with us to every single home-showing. After each house we looked at, he took time to ask us what we liked or didn't like, and helped us decide if we should an offer. He also was very patient and helpful as I sent him dozens of properties each day that we found using listing services and went through each one to let us know the status and arranged immediate showings. With Felix, it wasn't about him closing a deal, it truly felt like he cared on a personal level about us being really happy with our first home. After looking at dozens of houses, we finally found what became our dream home. Felix conveniently brought over the initial contracts to our home for signing. He answered every tedious question about legal wording in the documents so we understood exactly what we were agreeing to. After moving in, Felix called to make sure we were completely satisfied and answer any follow-up questions. I would highly recommend Felix to anyone looking for a property in the LA area, whether a first-time buyer or an experienced investment buyer, you can be assured that Felix will competently meet all of your expectations and will go above and beyond to help you buy the perfect property.
