Working with Fran was a pleasure!
We used Fran both to sell our home, and to find and buy our new home.
On the selling side: Fran was aware of the market in our neighborhood, showing us other comparable homes so we would understand the pricing. She staged our home perfectly for it to show best in the photos she arranged for. Fran was flexible when arranging showings, setting up multiple open houses as well as individual appointments to ensure that we found the right buyer. When we received our offers, Fran was extremely organized, compiling all of the information, presenting it to us and offering guidance along the way.
On the buying side: Fran again showcased her true understanding of the market and of what we were looking for. As we visited homes, Fran was able to really nail down what was most important to us, helping us to see even more clearly what we needed in our future home. She sent us potential properties to review and visited many properties with us (a few more than once!). She ultimately found us a home in our dream neighborhood and worked to negotiate the price down to where we needed it to be.
Fran then managed to arrange for both closings to happen in one day, so we were never without a home.

Fran went above and beyond at every turn. She understands what her clients are looking for and works hard to get them what they need. We would use her again and again and cannot recommend her enough.

Fran did a phenomenal job! She was our agent for selling two houses and purchasing our new home. It's hard enough to coordinate the sale of one home and purchase of another, but she managed to coordinate the closing of all three properties in the same week, so we weren't displaced at all. She worked tirelessly to get us the best price for our homes and was available to us every day for any questions or concerns we had. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!
