Frances Via

Fran Via was licensed in 2007 during one of the toughest downturns in real estate. Despite those challenges, she has built her business annually. She has a wealth of market understanding as a lifelong student of the industry, representing her family's third generation of real estate practitioners. While working FULL TIME as an agent, an integral part of her day-to-day activities includes ongoing training in industry standards and laws and a focus on marketing and negotiation skills. These are combined with the balance of serving and taking care of her clients toward a smooth and successful transaction close. She has been recognized locally as a Napier Realtors ERA Distinguished Achiever and nationally as an ERA Circle of Success designee.
