I listed with Frank because he had much expertise in the Irvine area and sold quite a few houses in my development in Wisteria. I had listed with him 3 years prior but the timing wasn't right and we decided not to sell. He never made me feel like we wasted his time. He was very professional and helped us very much get the house ready to sell. So I felt so bad when we changed our minds. I could feel he was more happier of our decision to stay because the timing was not right than him losing the sale. He was very genuine and caring. Fast forward, 3 years later, my husband passed away in February, my kids moved out and I had to sell the house. My husband and I were planning to go to Laguna Woods 55 and over because we needed a one level house but he never made it so i made the decision to move there myself. I was going through a very bad time when I listed my house with Frank. I was numb, angry, and could not make a decision to save my life. If you really want to sell your property Frank Agahi is the man. He is an incredible agent, very professional and an amazing agent. Frank was our fourth agent and among all of them he is the best of Quail Hill, Orange County and perhaps California.
