Fred Rubio

Fred Rubio III is a multi-family investment specialist located in Marcus and Millichap’s founding Palo Alto office. Mr. Rubio received his B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara and has been involved in several different aspects of commercial real estate. He was born into a family with deep roots in the real estate world and was actively involved in multiple aspects of his father’s business ventures before transitioning into strictly property management, where he efficiently managed the day-to-day operations of multi-family assets located throughout the Bay Area. With a keen understanding of multi-family assets, he aligned with the largest investment brokerage firm in the United States, Marcus and Millichap. He now exclusively represents buyers and sellers of multi-family investments in the Bay Area with a primary focus on both San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties. In 2018, he and his team transacted on more than $200M of commercial real estate assets which included a 255-unit, 13-acre multifamily asset in the South Bay. He has since achieved numerous awards and distinctions, including a Sales Honor Award's & National Achievements Award (NAA). Mr. Rubio currently resides in Palo Alto, CA and enjoys going to the gym, swimming, traveling and hiking in his free time.
