Gary was very professional and knowledgeable throughout our home selling and buying experience. He gave money making advise concerning the sale, and showed great skill in negotiation while we were buying. He was very patient while we were looking for our new home and communicated very well as we worked through a difficult negotiation on the house we found. I would highly recommend Gary to anyone.

I have known Gary Hill for approximately 2 years. Gary worked with my daughter and son-in-law in buying their first home. Gary helped us in selling our home last year and buying our retirement home. My first connection with Gary was through email before I moved to Texas. I emailed through best real estate agents and Gary replied and he kept checking in with me every other week or so. After I moved to Austin, he continued to check in every so often, not pushing, just I'm here when you want to look kind of thing. I was terrified of purchasing a house. It's a HUGE decision and I was hesitant. Gary was patient and kind and understanding of my hesitancy. We would look and then I would back off looking, then look some more, then back off etc. He understood my dilemma and let me set the pace. When I finally did find my dream house, he used his negotiator skills to make my offer the one the owners wanted to accept. He is very talented at this particular aspect and he also saved me some money due to inspections finds and negotiations. So my expectations were to find a house I could afford and we managed that although we probably looked at 60 or 70 houses before hitting on the one! Gary remained patient and committed and right there when I needed him. He was knowledgeable and quick to advise if I asked for his advice, if not, he stayed in the background. It's hard to say what impressed me the most about Gary. His style of looking at houses fit my style exactly. Never in a hurry, also looking too just in case there was a problem with a house that might be obvious to him. He never rushed me or pushed me to make a decision. He questioned and stood back and let me arrive at my own answers. He is always smiling and happy and so easy to be around. But when it comes down to getting the job done, he is my top choice, my only choice. I would say to anyone thinking of hiring Gary, go for it! You won't be disappointed.
