Gavin was recommended to me by my attorney to sell my parent’s home. Since I was out of state, I really depended on him to help me find the right companies to assist me with getting the property ready to sell. Gavin was immensely helpful in making sure there were no hidden issues that I needed to address before listing the property to sell. He worked with the Trust attorney to make sure all the the paper work was signed and also helped me return sattelite equipment. He kept me apprised at every step of the sale. I am not sure you can find a better agent than Gavin Washington to either help you find a home or sell one.I highly recommend him for your real estate needs.

Gavin definitely went above and beyond for us when looking for a home and then buying. We originally started out wanting to build a unique style home and Gavin went out of his way to find us a builder who was down to do it and set up us a meeting with them altogether. We ended up not going that route as we weren’t dead set on a lot of ideas so instead we looked around at homes. We could send him a home early in the day that we were interested in and he would get us a showing that same day in the evening (or sometime next day pending our schedules). He worked on countless offers for us, even super late at night. He kept us up to date with everything going on and even gave us recommendations on lenders and inspectors. Even with a few hiccups in the closing which were no fault of his or ours - he went to bat for us. I have already started to recommend him to friends who are in the market to buy! You won’t go wrong with Gav! We will definitely be using him again with our future plans!

Mr. Gavin Washington is, by far, a very knowledgeable realtor. My husband and I bought our first home together and had the best experience! Despite all the research, we had no idea what we were doing as first-time homebuyers. He answered every question with ease and helped us out when we were not sure what to do.
