If you want the most stress free and pleasant experience buying and/or selling a house, go with Genero. His knowledge, availability and coordination are superb. He kept us well informed during every step of both the buying and selling process, he was quick to troubleshoot any wrinkle that came up and he coordinated everything and kept the whole process moving as smoothly as can be with so many moving parts. Genero is the type of realtor that makes your realize all your previous realtors were lacking.

Genaro is amazing! He is also the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He was ALWAYS right there with me, every step of the way. If I had questions, he had answers. If there was a problem, I would hear from him before I knew there was a problem. The sale of my house was a 90-day escrow due to the property I was purchasing needed that long to be ready. During this time many different things came up. Genaro would explain everything very clearly and always gave more than one solution. He is extremely knowledgeable about his trade and genuinely concerned about his customers.
