We knew Jerry (Gerardo Vazquez) from quite some time, and he was our choice when we moved onto purchasing our new home in the Bay Area. And, spoiler alert, we do not regret a bit our decision. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful about the housing market and the entire buying process, is a smart negotiator, and was continuously building good relationships with the Seller’s agents to make our offer win.
Not only does he help you with the home purchase/sale, he will help you finding the lenders, movers or personnel to complete any repair or remodeling needed.
