Before joining Colliers, Gil founded PropNation Inc., a luxury real estate brokerage based in Los Angeles, California, where he successfully represented buyers, sellers, and investors in a wide range of asset classes, including luxury estates, gated golf community homes, beachfront and lakefront properties, ranches, single-family residences, vacation developments, and multifamily investments. His extensive background also includes leadership roles as a former broker with Marcus & Millichap, owner of RE/MAX City Center, and owner of Realty One Group Barbados, where he specialized in hospitality and resort-related real estate.
Currently, Gil focuses on the nationwide sale of grocery-anchored shopping centers and retail investment properties with Colliers, advising private investors, institutional owners, family offices, and developers on maximizing asset value and executing successful transactions.
Beyond real estate, Gil is an accomplished music industry executive with Major Records Entertainment LLC. He served as Executive Producer of the internationally recognized hit record “Arms Around You,” released in 2018 and featuring collaborations from several globally renowned recording artists.
