My son just signed his closing documents on his new home. We highly recommend Gillian as an agent, she is amazing!!! She literally exceeded all our expectations. She was extremely knowledgeable, offered great advice, response time was awesome, and most importantly she listened to his circumstances in order to be able to become a first time homebuyer. Her entire attitude is upbeat and positive. She secured a great deal on a starter home and handled every detail of the closing flawlessly. You will not be disappointed with Gillian as your agent!

Gillian made my experience of being a first time home buyer exceptional! She educated me on the interior and exterior condition of houses we saw and had my best interests in mind. She was willing to drive all over town to ensure we saw everything I wanted to see to make a decision for the best fit for me. She educated me throughout the whole process of buying a house and made my experience easy! Overall, she is a great human being and is willing to fight for you! Not all fit the bill, but she does.

She does everything she can to make the home buying/selling process go smoothly. We were so so lucky to have Gillian help find our dream house prior to moving from out-of-state! We did a weekend house hunting trip in the middle of the hottest market, with a very picky spouse and an energetic toddler in tow -- Gillian was quick to find out what we wanted and made an excellent short-list over night. I couldn't praise her enough on all she did for us in helping me coordinate with the builder & our lender. Gillian worked her tail off for us and made all the difference in our negotiating both a good deal on our new house, and selling our existing house.

When we were beginning to think about wavering on price on the house we were selling, she convinced us to stand firm. And she was right! It worked out and, after about 2 weeks of putting our house on the market, we accepted a cash offer for 95% of our original asking price. All is good!

We can't recommend Gillian highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, tenacious. What more can you ask for from your RE agent?
