Gillian Sargeant

Gillian works with clients in Boulder County and Denver metro areas. A 30 year resident of Colorado and being a native of Scotland,  having a degree Fine Art and having a long career as an oil painter, she tends towards operating business as a Realtor most successfully by giving more priority to the aesthetic properties of homes. other agents can tend to diminish the importance of visual surroundings when working with clients, in pursuit of a successful close. But these elements play a bigger part in our overall satisfaction with our homes than we may imagine.  Ultimately our happiness in our work situation, whether parenting or business, which more often these days is from home, can be deeply affected by our surroundings, psychologically it can be a subconscious need that lies beneath the surface and in my work I prioritize this as a major factor in our search.  I have found my strengths in the real estate world in bringing satisfaction to customers, not only in the commitment and diligence involved in finding a perfect home, but also adding to the experience by digging deeper into the needs of clients aesthetic expectations . I enjoy this challenge and find greatly this pursuit is one of the reasons I have so much success.
