Ginger began her career in the Residential Construction Business, which allowed her to learn Subdivision Development, Construction Management, Marketing and Sales. She expanded her career by becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia. This offered a new opportunity to market and sell resale Homes, Farms, Estates, Condominiums and Town Homes.

She has been representing Buyers and Sellers in Charlottesville, Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa, and Greene Counties for 35 years. She offers a unique skill set. She matches builders with communities and buyers with homes or home sites. I possess market knowledge and marketing skills needed to list and sell homes as well as identifying the community and homes best suited to her clients’ lifestyle. Her strong relationship with builders and developers combined with the market knowledge she possesses allows her to identify the community and home best suited to my clients’ lifestyle.
She has been a Top Producer for the past 20 years representing Buyers and Sellers of Resale Homes, New Construction and Home Sites.
Additionally, she has served as President and Life Director of Blue Ridge Home Builders Association and was the first woman President of The Home Builders Association of Virginia.
She volunteers and actively participates in several community efforts and local organizations. Formerly serving on the Ronald McDonald House Charities and Learning Ally (formally Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic) Boards of Directors.
