Giovanni Gallardi

Giovanni Gallardo is a product of his surroundings! It was not always lush, landscaped front yards, nice decorative homes, and safe neighborhoods. He grew up in the concrete jungle where people worked to stay alive and never new about the experience of owning a home! He had to do something about this because with his own two eyes, he witnessed his parents accomplish this multiple times. He knew that ownership could be achieved.

Experiencing a sense of hopelessness coming from some of the hardest working people you know, he knew something had to be done. He wanted to educate his community, so It forced him to get better! It taught him to write out his goals, pushed him to empower himself by focusing his energies to self-educating which ultimately led to him graduating from Cal Poly Pomona. From that day forward, he wanted to help those who believed in what he believed when it came to homeownership! Every day, he is living his dream and assisting first time homebuyers, equity sellers, and savvy investor fulfill their goals!
