Grant has always striven to put the needs of his clients first. Beginning his real estate career in Property Management, he learned how to effectively perform investment properties to their full potential. During this time, he sharpened his negotiation skills while managing conflicting stakeholders’ interests all while keeping his client’s best interests’ top priority. Next, partnering with the largest Property Management firm in the area, Grant moved to sales and investment consulting, In the beginning and throughout his relationship with his clients, active listening, communication and setting accurate expectations is Grant’s aim in first understanding their needs. Grant also cares deeply about giving truthful and trustworthy testimonies regarding information in a world where words are thrown to the wind; he spends countless hours doing his own research and interpreting data before giving thoughtful advice.

After six years honorable service in the US Air Force as a heavy aircraft avionics technician. Grant earned his bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning in under three years. This is where his real estate career began and soon after, the rekindling of a relationship with his high school sweetheart and soon to be wife. After the birth of their first daughter they were living in Orange County, California. Although they loved their family, friends and ocean view, it was clear to both that California was not exactly the place they wished to raise their daughter. They set their sights on Boise, and never looked back. After spending six months in the area scoping out the best schools, and exploring the neighborhoods Boise has to offer, they sought to make their primary home purchase. Going through this home buying process first-hand in a competitive market gives Grant an edge, as he understands the feelings and correct guidance a buyer needs in getting the home they want. Outside of real estate Grant enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and daughter Hailey, biking around the various neighborhoods and green-belt, hiking on the countless trails, and fly fishing. He looks forward to building a long-term relationship and serving you personally.
