Greg Picard, CCIM

Greg Picard brings a distinctive blend of entrepreneurial grit, global perspective, and disciplined execution to his commercial real estate practice at NAI Select. A Boise native and multi-generational Idahoan, Greg returned to the Treasure Valley in 2013 after living and working across the U.S. and abroad — and now channels that breadth of experience into focused, results-driven representation for his clients.

Before entering commercial real estate, Greg built and operated a successful sole proprietorship over a 15-year career in the film industry, contributing to international productions spanning from Kenya to Kathmandu and traveling to more than 26 countries. That background shaped the qualities that define his real estate practice today: meticulous attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to follow-up and follow-through.

Now in his fifth year in commercial real estate, Greg has completed more than $37 million in transaction volume and earned his CCIM designation in just his third year — a testament to his accelerated professional growth and dedication to the discipline. He is currently a Member Associate of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and is actively working toward that designation.

Greg is known for his keen eye for value, unbiased analysis, and direct communication style — advocating relentlessly for his clients' objectives with patience, integrity, and steady perseverance. Raised in both Boise and Idaho Falls, he maintains deep roots across the state and a genuine appreciation for the community connections that define Idaho. Whether representing investors, tenants, or owners across the Boise and greater Treasure Valley markets, Greg brings the same discipline and determination to every engagement.
