With his real estate career beginning in 1996, Greg has extensive experience in most segments of the residential market and is known as one of the area's foremost new construction experts.
Greg adds value to the real estate experiences of his clients by providing analysis, insight, and thoughtful representation gained through years of experience and hundreds of successful real estate transactions.

While he serves all segments of the market, Greg is the Realtor marketing representative for Southern Development Homes. He represents them in many communities including Old Trail, Belvedere, Southwood, and North Pointe.

Greg also continues a long term relationship with Bramante Homes helping buyers and agents understand the opportunities in the custom design and build segment of the new construction market.

Greg has taken many industry leadership roles over the years, including serving as CAAR President. He is passionate about building relationships with his fellow real estate professionals, educating homeowners on the topic of energy efficiency, and working with PHA and the TJCLT to develop opportunities for affordable home ownership in the area. Greg is the 2024 Chair of the CAAR Foundation.
