Greg Von Herzen

Greg Von Herzen has been in the real estate industry since 2005 when he began in mortgage finance originating loans for several top lenders in San Diego and La Jolla. In 2009 he obtained his California Real Estate Broker’s license, many professional designations, and started VH Properties to be able to serve clients in a more comprehensive fashion. Uniquely, Greg not only possesses a real estate sales and finance background, but he is also experienced in renovating and flipping distressed properties as well.

A native of San Diego, Greg is familiar with most surrounding cities & communities and has continued to list and sell numerous properties throughout the county. Greg is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

In his spare time Greg likes to give back by fund raising for the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America. Greg is a member of the Havanese Society of San Diego, Plumeria Growers of Southern California, enjoys DSLR/mirrorless photography, and resides in the community of Del Cerro.
