In my opinion, Greg Ashford is the best realtor in the world! Greg helped my step-brothers and I sell our parent's Florida house, while we remained in Maryland where we live. I did meet Greg and his wife Debbie, however, when I was down in Florida with my step-brother Chet cleaning our parent's house. They both are wonderful! Greg is so nice and kind! He is originally from Massachusetts and used to play semi pro football. Greg is a Cool Cat!!! Greg marketed our home aggressively and sold the home in less than 1 week. Wow!!! Greg also knows electricians, plumbers, carpet people, roofers etc. This is so handy if your home needs any little fix ups to optimize it value or to make it correct after the home inspection. Greg's son Joey is also so skilled at taking house photos and mapping out the house floor plan to really entice future buyers. Joey also does arial shots using his drone camera. Our house looked so good when it was listed that I was tempted not to sell it!! Hahahaha! I don't usually write reviews, but Greg is just that awesome and so I really had to. Did I mention that Greg took calls from me whenever I had a question! If you have property anywhere in the Tampa, Brandon, Sun City Center area and probably more areas close by to these, then Greg is The Guy!!! Greg is alot like Mary Poppins!
