Gregory Harris

A native Californian, Greg brings an optimistic mindset to the brokerage and advisory team he founded nearly 27 years ago. As a self-proclaimed “student of the business,” he believes that a consistent focus on making small improvements every day is the secret to long term success. Starting his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap in the depth of Los Angeles’ post-earthquake economy of 1994, Greg has built a loyal client base and deep local market expertise.
A recipient of numerous regional and national awards including Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top Broker and CoStar’s Top Producer, Greg is a regular speaker at the West Coast Real Share Apartments Conference and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, and Real Estate Southern California Magazine. Greg enjoys time with family and friends, yoga, surfing, skiing, cooking, and reading with a stated goal of completing 52 books a year.
