Hagit Karavany

There are few moments in life more rewarding than handing keys over to a first time home buyer. At least this is what Hagit Karavany believes. It fits perfectly with her motto: “Choose a job you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” It may seem an odd juxtaposition considering Hagit’s reputation for hard work, but her passion for real estate almost creates an impression that her skilled approach is effortless. She can’t help but make this look easy!

You’d be hard pressed to find a more self-disciplined agent than Hagit, a virtue she credits in part to years spent serving in the army of her native Israel. She married those skill sets to her razor sharp business acumen, starting her own successful company. But a part of her yearned for American shores so she eventually made the move to New York City before moving to sunnier climes in Los Angeles, California nearly a decade ago.

Hagit briefly worked in rentals while living in New York, but it wasn’t until her move to California that she really got to display her realty expertise. She wasted no time in joining Redfin as an independent contractor where she hosted showings before a quick promotion to lead agent just six months later. Today, she’s bringing her responsive, friendly, and quick-on-her-feet style (not to mention her fluency in Hebrew!) to servicing the San Fernando Valley. Here she continues to love every minute of that climb to the all-important moment when she hands a set of keys off to another happy homeowner.
