On top of that, she is seemingly available 24/7 and responded to our every question (and concern, and general worry). Halley is beyond amazing! I have been a Realtor for over 45 years in Miami Beach, I've experienced and seen it all in this business so for me to be impressed with a Realtor after all these years is an impossible feat but I am in awe of Halley, and highly recommend her. She is organized, communicative, enthusiastic, and on top of every aspect of the sale at every step of the way. I referred her to my niece for the sale of her house, which Halley had to handle long distance, undertaking not only the sale of the house in record time but also taking charge of the tasks of overseeing the styling, clean up, touch up, and dismantling of a house with an absentee owner all of which she handled as the consummate professional that she is. Halley was always available, receptive, enthusiastic, and communicative every step of the way, always sharing her market knowledge and guiding us toward a successful outcome. We absolutely loved working with Halley! We had been disappointed with other realtors in the past and had struggled to find a home in Denver’s competitive real estate market. When we found Halley, we had been looking for a house for around a year with zero luck. Within 30 days of finding Halley, she had us under contract on a wonderful home in our #1 choice neighborhood. She was able to find us a home before it even hit the market which was amazing. Halley is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and just fun to be around. Additionally, her service doesn’t stop once the purchase is complete. She has been extremely helpful in working through some ‘first time home buyer’ concerns post purchase which has been invaluable. We loved working with Halley and her team! Would highly recommend.

Halley was amazing! We were moving across the country with two little kids, and Halley's hands on approach made our life so much easier. We were very appreciative of her communication with us. We never felt like we were going to miss anything because she was always so on top of everything. Our house sold quickly, and we were happy with the strategy and the selling price. Plus she was fun to work with! We would highly recommend her (and work with her again, if we weren't living out of Colorado now).

After looking for a rental property to purchase, I came across one I liked. I contacted Halley on Saturday after it had been listed for only a couple of days. They were already looking at offers. She was able to get me in for a showing before they closed the offers, I loved it and she already had the offer drafted! She advised me how to make a distinctive offer which stood out and they called me that night and said they accepted it! Wow! It all happened so fast and smoothly - Halley was ahead of the game at every step of the process. I couldn't give a higher recommendation!!

I’m so glad I had Halley in my corner during my first home buying experience. She took time at the beginning of the process to get to know me, my budget, and my priorities in the housing search. Once she knew what I was looking for, she did a great job of communicating how the home buying process worked, connecting me with reputable local lenders and setting up tours of homes I was interested in. Halley was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and she was receptive and adaptable whenever I wanted to modify elements of my housing search. When I was ready to put in an offer, Halley and her team sprang into action and guided me through all of the steps of submitting a formal offer. When the buyer accepted my offer, Halley and her team were in constant communication with me about all the various steps of the inspection and closing process. I always knew what stage of the process I was at, what I should look out for, and what was needed from me by when, all thanks to the diligence and knowledge of Halley and her team.

Halley took what I thought would be a daunting, exhausting process and made it easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Halley as a realtor to any first-time homebuyers in the Denver area!

Halley was amazing!! She helped us buy our dream home in the middle of no where. She took the time to show us homes multiple times, was super helpful with recommendations. The agent on the other side of the transaction was not very responsive, but that didn’t stop Halley. She got us the best inspector, negotiated for us like a pro, and got us the best deal for the best house. The transaction had some bumps, as all do, but Halley navigated us through the process to make it as easy as possible. I can’t imagine buying a house with anyone else. I’m so lucky and thankful that Halley Bebout of the Abell to Sell team got randomly paired with me when I made a Zillow inquiry last year! As a first time home buyer who had no clue what I was doing, I just started contacting her about showings. Since Day 1 she was incredibly responsive, organized and had so much knowledge for only being in the industry less than a couple years. She HUSTLES, y’all!

Fast forward a year later, and I’m officially a condo owner in Ken Caryl/Littleton - from offer to close, Halley and her team made it seamless. Everything was on schedule and it only took a month. When things did get pushed back or moved, Halley was super quick to update and notify me. She goes above and beyond for her clients, helping me with everything - from finding a lender to finding a painter, ideas for interior design and decorating and more! Did I mention that the Abell to Sell team does SO many client appreciation events to express their gratitude?! Halley treated us to an incredible, won’t-ever-forget, 14-course meal at Wildflower restaurant and we got free pie and wine for Thanksgiving. Also her style is amazing, and she is the sweetest human. I look forward to the next house I’ll buy with her!!
