We have known Harpreet Dhaliwal for 8 years. She really cares about her clients as well as the community. We trusted her with buying and selling our home here in the Bay Area. Harpreet is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking and we felt confident that our real estate needs were in the right hands. Harpreet is the kindest and thoughtful person I’ve had the pleasure of working with. We spent over a year with her looking for our dream home, and she was incredibly patient despite our long list of “must haves” and my stubbornness in not writing offers over ask (which is basically a cardinal sin in this area). She persisted and I’m happy to say we’ve found our unicorn home and it’s better than I could have ever imagined. When we put our previous home on the market she and the entire E3 realty team treated our home and family with the utmost care and respect. In the end we paid exactly asking for our current home and got 5 offers, 3 over asking when selling our other home (during a time of record high interest rates-October 2022). I would gladly recommend this team to anyone in the market. I felt so cared for during what’s often a very stressful and overwhelming process.

Harpreet is a wonderful real estate agent to work with! My husband and I met her at an open house in the neighborhood where we were renting. She was very kind and offered to email us homes in our price range matching our requirements. We chose her to be our real estate agent because of her calm, professional demeanor and her knowledge of the Bay Area housing market. She was never pushy and always listened carefully to our wants and needs. She never made me feel like I was bothering her, even when I felt like I was emailing her constantly with questions about houses. Going to home showings with her felt like meeting up with a friend. She always shared her honest opinion about each home we looked at and never made us feel pressured to make an offer if it wasn’t the perfect house for us. If I had any questions about a home she would always do everything she could to find the answer. In March 2022 we had an offer accepted on a home in Gilroy. During the escrow process, Harpreet and her team, including Michael and Trisha, made sure everything fell into place and helped us resolve any issues so that we could close on time. I would recommend Harpreet to anyone in need of a real estate agent, and my family and I would be happy to work with her again in the future if we decide to move!
