Hayley grew up in Tallahassee, Florida, attended Troy University in Alabama on a Track and Field scholarship, and graduated with a B.S. in Hospitality and Business. She fell in love with Charlotte while visiting a family friend and decided to intern at an event planning company in the Uptown/NoDa area. She and her husband, Sam, moved to the Queen City in 2016, and she spent a few years working at Spectrum as an account executive before joining HM Properties.
The world of real estate has always interested Hayley from new construction to architecture, design, finishes, and furnishings so it was a natural transition to become a Broker/Realtor®® with her background in sales. Hayley’s energy and smile are infectious, and she truly enjoys building and maintaining relationships with her clients. She also understands the importance of being able to listen and communicate effectively. She enjoys showing off Charlotte to newcomers and loves that Charlotte is a big city but does not feel like one.
Hayley and her husband, Sam, met when they were kids in their neighborhood a couple of months before high school began. Then she sat in the wrong class on the first day of school, saw him and the rest is history! They live in the Oakhurst neighborhood near Cotswold with their Cavapoo, Benji. She enjoys working out, hiking, visiting the North Carolina mountains, having four seasons, and meeting new people.
