Heather started working in real estate in 2014, and since then has worked in residential, commercial and investment, but absolutely loves working with first time home buyers. Heather grew up in Warsaw and now is proud to call Winona Lake her home. She is an experienced real estate broker with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Her skills in sales, new home sales, team building, single family homes, condominium, vacant land, and commercial sales builds her reputation as strong real estate professional. She also has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) focused on accounting and finance from Indiana Wesleyan University. When Heather is enjoying her free time, she is actively involved in her church, and volunteering at Lakeland Christian School. Heather enjoys snowmobiling, running, and curling up with a delightful book.

To be honest, the idea of buying a home, on my own, for the first time, was very daunting. I am so glad I found Heather Deal! She exceeded all my expectations more than I can express. She walked me through each step along the way and helped me understand the process. She went up and above what I could have ever anticipated. I could not have done this without her! I contacted Heather on a Friday regarding a home that she had listed that same day. It was a perfect fit for what we were looking for (which says a lot given the current market). She arranged for a showing the following day and I had an accepted offer that afternoon! Heather was very prompt in answering my questions (which were many before and after the offer was accepted). She was also very supportive in loan completion process and continues to assist after the sale. Truly outstanding service!
