Heather Ferguson

Heather began her real estate career in the Tampa, FL area in 2012. After her husband Chris retired from the military in 2014, they relocated to Eagle, ID to settle down with their family. Heather started her real estate career in the Treasure Valley in 2012 focusing on the city of Eagle and its surrounding areas. She co-owns Heather Ferguson Realty Group with Chris and is also the CEO and part-owner of Point Realty.

Raised in the Tampa Bay area, Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from the University of South Florida in 2000. Months after graduating, she met Chris, who was stationed in Clearwater, FL with the USCG, and they were married in 2002. Their follow-on tours included Alaska, Alabama, and then back to Florida, along with the addition of four energetic children. Heather comments that being a Stay-at-Home Mom for 8 years was the hardest job she has ever had. Of course, in Heather’s own words, having four kids in 4.5 years’ time does sound a little crazy!

Chris and Heather love living in Idaho and having a place their children call “home”. When the kids were younger, she was actively involved in the Eagle Hills Elementary PTO as president and served as the “Team Mom” through many years of football. In 2021, Heather was elected as a board member of the Eagle Chamber of Commerce and currently volunteers there to help support other Eagle business owners.

Heather's dedication and expertise have led to remarkable success in real estate. In 2022 and 2023 alone, she sold $65 million in properties. Her consistent excellence has earned her the Boise Regional Realtors Circle of Excellence Award every year since 2015. She is ranked in the top 1% for sales in the Intermountain MLS.
