Heather Hankins

Heather Hankins has lived in Colorado most of her life, growing up in a small town in northern Colorado. She has lived and worked in the Denver area since graduating from college. Heather has been involved in the Denver metro real estate industry for over 29 years. Heather has represented both sellers and buyers in transactions in many parts of the State from northern Colorado to north Colorado Springs and the mountain community of Winter Park. Her expertise and experience in selling homes all over the Denver Metro area give her knowledge of many areas to assist her buyers in finding the home that works best for them.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Heather was a top-producing title representative for a large, local title company. Her experience and knowledge of the title insurance side of real estate will help both buyers and sellers through the real estate closing process. Heather values being educated and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate and has earned several designations through the National Association of Realtors. She has also been highly involved with the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, a 5000+ Realtor member association, and served as the 2020 Chairman of the Board and was awarded and honored with the Realtor of the Year award in 2021. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband, two grown sons, and their two Australian Shepherds, Obi and Ripley. Heather is an avid Colorado sports fan and enjoys skiing, golfing, reading, and spending time in the great Colorado outdoors.
