Heather Maxwell

Heather is an Associate Broker at Amherst Madison and a member of the Bauscher Real Estate Team. As a REALTOR®, she has assisted clients in listing and purchasing residential real estate throughout the Treasure Valley since 2013. With a background of building her personal investment portfolio over the last two decades, she carries with her an understanding of the real estate transaction beyond what came with obtaining her license. Her experience in real estate extends to experience in working in new construction, short sale and foreclosure, trust estates, loan processing, property management, and in assisting clients in relocation. Heather’s top priority is providing value to her clients and colleagues through her extensive knowledge of local markets, adeptness in contract negotiations, and excellence in communication and customer service.
