Heidi is more than just a Realtor - she's a decorator, a therapist, a referral wizard, a planner / organizer and so much more. She is everything you need when you are looking to sell your home. She not only prepared us for every detail of listing, but she held our hand along the way through all the ups and downs that come with selling . Her ideas, her knowledge of the market and industry and her calming nature while going thru every aspect of the sale was more than I could have ever expected! And her negotiating skills top the charts!! If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to have Heidi leading the charge.

For most of us, buying and selling a home is something you do only a handful of times. When you have the duty to sell the family home, after the death of a parent, it all seems a daunting task. Thank goodness for Heidi. She held the hand of my Brother and I as we spent months renovating, staging and clearing out 47 years of living. Her communication was excellent, prompt, and reassuring. She answered all of our panicked calls and questions as we moved toward closing. She got us top dollar for my parent's home, in less than 2 weeks on the market. If you want a realtor who goes above and beyond, look no further. Heidi takes on fewer clients so she can focus on providing awesome service. We were concerned that our house, which was horse property located in a very rural area, would be tough to sell. Heidi made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't, like placing an ad in a horse-lover magazine. She made a sizable investment into selling the property (time and effort, as well as financially). Heidi was very patient with us throughout the entire process. She was always responsive, professional and honest and treated us as though we were her only clients. She was involved every step of the way, from helping us find contractors for inspection items to bringing us a carload of boxes. In the end we got top dollar for the property and were able to put a nice down payment on the new place she found us. Again, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Heidi was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

There are a lot of options in the Real Estate Agent market, and with the internet, it feels like there are so many DIY options. You go on a site, find the house you want, and then what do you do? Is it actually a good deal? Some things need fixing, who is a good person to get that done? Can it even be fixed? Which lender actually has the best deals and won't fail and cost me the property? Where does it make sense to invest for the best ROI? Home purchased, but what do I do for insurance?

^This is the stuff you don't even know you need until you need it. This, and the fact that Heidi is aggressive as hell in getting you the best deal on or for your dream. A lot of agents who are more focused on getting to the close and getting paid than they are about you getting the best deal you can get. If you want any agent, go with one of them; If you want an advocate, go with DeLuca.
