Heidi takes great pride in the strategies and education that she shares with clients which has allowed her to help buyers and sellers through hundreds of transactions over the past 20 years.

Today’s market requires an agent that can deftly maneuver through the stresses of the transaction while being an advocate, educator and patient partner who can negotiate each step of the complex process. This is especially exciting as more time, energy, and resources are being invested in Denver’s many up-and-coming neighborhoods. When Heidi is not with clients, looking at homes or scoping out the next opportunity in the market, she works in her community at neighborhood committees and planning meetings, as well as teaching first-time home buyer classes through Colorado’s housing and down payment assistance program. As a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Heidi holds herself to a higher ethical standard and is a Certified Negotiation Expert. When work is done, Heidi loves to find new areas to explore, usually on foot as an avid walker/trekker, spend time in the garden, and travel to new places around the globe. Life is a delicate balance of work and home.
