EXCELLENT SERVICE !!!
I am very pleased and happy with the service given to me and my mother by Henry Hernandez and the Figueroa Team.
This was my mom's first time buying a home, and she was a bit nervous and worried. Henry was the perfect agent for her, his communication and personable skills were excellent. Henry is very knowledgeable and caring, he made the whole process relaxing and stress free.

Mr. Henry Hernandez is a demonstrated ethical wholesome professional. He went through the entire process visiting over 50 homes until finding the right one. What I like the most of Mr. Hernandez is that he always had an answer to my multiple questions and when he hadn't, he would come back next day with the right answer after diligent research. We recently had the pleasure of working with Henry Hernandez from the Figueroa Team. Henry was a wonderful buyer’s agent. He gave us insights on the local real estate market and gave us access to the MLS so we could work together to find a home that satisfied our wish list. He was prompt when setting up showings for us and always conducted himself in a professional manner. He assisted in making the offer on our home and in negotiating the sale. He assisted with arranging financing and helped navigate the due diligence and the closing process. He was there at closing to give us the keys to our new home. We are certainly grateful for his assistance in this difficult and time-consuming process.
