Herb Lambert

C A licensed broker who has represented clients in the sale, purchase, and leasing of real estate since 1979, Herb also managed real estate offices in the past, served as the Broker of Record for Rodeo Realty, and has participated in thousands of transactions. Herb was honored as his Realtor Association's Realtor of the Year and is recognized by Rodeo Realty for his success in real estate sales receiving Presidents Circle, Executive Circle and Director's Club awards.

Herb's expertise, experience and easy manner enable him to work with everyone: first time buyers; clients selling one home to relocate or buy another; seniors; investors; probate and trust sales; foreclosures and short sales. He is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.

Always focused to promote and protect his clients' interests to help them achieve their real estate goals, Herb is widely known for his excellent reputation and knowledge and is frequently contacted by other real estate brokers and attorneys for his advice. He is active with Southland Regional Association of Realtors, having served as Chairman of Professional Standards and other Ethics related committees, and on its Board of Directors for ten years. Herb was honored with the Association's Distinguished Service Award and was named Realtor of the Year, one of its highest honors.
