Holly Achenberg

Holly and her family have found Holly's native Midwestern roots to be the perfect foundation for their family's life in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. They made the move to the Carolinas 15 years ago and fell in love with the genuine hospitality of the region. For the first six years in Charlotte, they resided in the NoDa community, and since then, they have made their home in Tega Cay. The Carolinas have truly captured their hearts, and they revel in all that this beautiful region has to offer.
Holly and her family have actively participated in local sports clubs, spent quality time on the lake with friends, embarked on hiking adventures in the nearby mountains, and enjoyed day trips to explore the surrounding areas. They relish the plethora of wonderful restaurants and live music venues in the region. In her free time, Holly enjoys volunteering at her children's schools, playing tennis, and engaging in road biking.
Holly is an enthusiastic traveler who has a deep passion for exploring new destinations. Whether in Africa, China, Europe, or the Caribbean, she savors the opportunity to meet new people and establish connections, resulting in lifelong friendships across the globe. Her travels have provided her with valuable insights into working with diverse groups of people from various cultural backgrounds.
Holly is a proud graduate of Rollins College, holding a degree in Environmental Studies and Communications. Her post-college career began in West Africa, where she worked as a coordination coordinator for multiple oil companies, becoming fluent in French in the process. She later returned to the United States and embarked on an 18-year career as a French language immersion teacher, starting in Los Angeles, California, and concluding in Rock Hill, South Carolina.
With a strong passion for education and building relationships, Holly transitioned her expertise into the world of real estate. She now assists people in finding their dream homes that align with their unique needs and lifestyles. Four years ago, she took the leap and began her career in real estate, and she has been thriving in this field ever since. Holly's commitment lies in understanding her clients' desires and ensuring a smooth and stress-free process, making their move a resounding success.
