A Texas native, born and raised, Holly loves helping new and longtime Austinites alike make the dream of homeownership and long-term wealth come true.

Holly is proud to represent buyers, sellers, and investors in the Austin market. Her knowledge of the Austin area as a Realtor®, homeowner, and investor allows her to take a consultative approach to the sales process with a deeper understanding of her clients’ goals and motivations. She believes that a great agent should be a strong negotiator for her clients, advocate for their best interests, offer expert advice, and provide an organized process to minimize stress. She works diligently to set clear expectations along the way and brings authenticity and honest, data-based guidance from start to finish—and beyond the closing table, too. Holly is an experienced agent with 7 years spent in various real estate capacities, from home and condo sales to commercial property management, as well as leasing and apartment locating. In addition to Austin, Holly worked in real estate in NYC after completing her education at Fordham University at Lincoln Center. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Directing for the Theatre and uses her creative problem-solving and collaboration skills to create win-win scenarios in negotiations as much as possible.

Holly understands the importance of feeling connected to your community, and actively participates in and contributes financially to numerous non-profit causes and public programs in Austin and surrounding areas such as Habitat for Humanity, Foundation Communities, Mobile Loaves & Fishes, Community First Village, and SAFE. She donates a portion of every commission to help support Austinites in need. Holly also volunteers as a mentor with Explore Austin — a local organization devoted to empowering youth to reach their full potential through mentoring, leadership, and outdoor adventure.

Holly shares her own little piece of South Austin with her rescue dog and cat. She enjoys rock climbing, yoga, and exploring Central Texas swimming holes.
