Holly Payne

Holly’s clients are her extended family. She takes a very personal and professional approach with her clients during their home buying and home selling experience. She has been an integral team member of The ColoradoRealEstate.com Team since 1999 and has worked in Real Estate since 1994. She offers experience, dedication, and a profound loyalty to her clients. She believes in uncompromised integrity, and she demands this of the real estate industry. As such, she is not only a member of the National Association of REALTORs® but has also obtained her Graduate Realtor Institute designation along with her Accredited Buyer Representative and ePro designations to enhance her Real Estate service. She earned both a B.A. degree in Education and a minor in Psychology from the University of Wyoming in 1994. She subsequently moved to Nebraska at which point she obtained her Real Estate license and joined a team of one of the top Real Estate agents in Omaha, Nebraska. This was the beginning of her rewarding career in Real Estate. After spending four years in Omaha she relocated to Denver, Colorado in 1999 and has continued a successful career in Real Estate ever since. Her husband, Simon, began his career in Obstetrics and Gynecology and currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Clinical and Operational Transformation for SCL Health. She has two wonderful children, Ally, and Brandt. She spends her free time playing tennis and participating in many community activities. She sits on the board of The Professionals Miracles Foundation, a local charity designed to help local families in medical need. She sincerely and honestly thanks the many families she has had the privilege of working with and she takes great pride in fulfilling her clients’ Real Estate needs. She hopes to help many more families and individuals with listing their current home or purchasing their new home.
