BACKGROUND
Ido Giat is a Commercial Investment Advisor at KW Commercial Studio City. Prior to KW Commercial, Ido had 10 years of experience working with Re/Max Commercial and Diversified Commercial Investments. In 2013, he gained his real estate attorney’s license and practiced Real Estate Law in Israel. Ido was also a supervisor in several management companies in Los Angeles. His background in Real Estate Law provides him a rare vantage point on the underwriting protocols necessary to close intricate transactions. Ido’s long time experience and understanding of the commercial arena has allowed him to sell some of the most difficult and complex transactions. Among others, he represented banks and many high-net-worth individuals. His attention to detail and nurturing approach has landed him many satisfied repeat clients that remain with him to this day.
