If you want a realtor who genuinely cares about their client and their home or looking for a new or first homeowner, Irina is a wonderful realtor that can represent you. She is well versed and knowledgeable, has great social skills and listening skills which are hard to come by these days. Whether you are a seller or buyer and are looking for these skills in a realtor, loyalty, honesty, hard work, dedication, gift of time , she may be the right realtor for you. She is going to do what’s best for her client . I highly recommend her.

We decided to move to another state and had to sell our beautiful townhouse in Fairport, NY. Irina Groysman made this experience very pleasant and smooth ! She took care of every single step in this process, did an amazing job with photo and video of our townhouse to shown it from different angles to help new owners to find their new home . She understood our needs from the very first moment and gave her professional opinion on any questions we had! She definitely knows everything about the market and real estate! One more thing which is worth to mention is that Irina always kept us updated on anything regarding our townhouse, always kept in touch with us asking if we have any questions or concerns, always were with us during the showings , Appraisal etc. As a result of all of the work done by Irina we received a great offer and happily passed the keys to new owners !!! Irina is the best. Me and my husband met Irina at a open house. We were in a dilemma and even though she wasn’t our realtor she helped us anyway. She has been phenomenal with helping us purchase our first and second home. She is still helping us even after closing. Irina did a great job selling our house. She went above and beyond helping us with the preparation of the house, using professional photographer to take pictures, running multiple open houses. Irina is an absolutely wonderful agent. You won’t go wrong with her. She is Knowledgeable, resourceful and most of all very responsive to your inquiries. When I first started talking with Irina she was working for another realty group. She shared reasons of changing and how much better she could represent me in the sale of my property.
She helped me with decisions as to what to improve and keeping me budget conscious so I could get a better value on my investment and return on my property.
