Iris Romero

Iris I. Romero is fonder and broker of record of Sky-Land International Realty. Obtained her real estate sales associate license in 1999, Broker license in 2007 and has served as its qualified Broker since July 10, 2007.
Under Iris’ leadership, Sky-Land envisions a dynamic boutique firm that leads community awareness and focuses on Affordable Housing, Green Housing Development and Education by bringing our community and contractors together in order to incorporate green building into single-family housing developments or rehabilitation programs that combine cost-effective in affordable housing in reducing energy and maintenance costs, improving the health and safety of the building for residents, and reducing environmental impacts, so future generations can inherit a healthier planet.
Iris is a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Florida Paso Fino Horse Association, where she also served as an officer on the Board of Directors Committee, member of VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals).
