Mr. Harrison was the consummate professional throughout the entire process from showing us properties, to ensuring we followed COVID protocols, to coordinating between us, the seller/agent and loan officer, to arranging for contractors to perform the actual repair work on the home we chose. Even after closing, he has stayed in touch to ensure everything is going smoothly. He was both extremely responsive and informative. We learned a lot about the home buying process from him. He practically held our hand through it all. I'd gladly recommend Isom to anyone looking for a home to purchase.

Isom assisted a friend of mine with buying their first home! He immediately came across as professional and shefelt completely comfortable in his presence and the feeling of respect as his client. He is funny, too! Isom helped her find the kind of house she wanted and even asked the seller for a few perks just because it was her first time owning a home. The houses he showed her were of all good quality, yet a few did need minor repairs. He kept the communication very open and honest even when she asked him the same question over and over. If you're looking for a real estate agent in California, Isom is the man! He is greatly appreciated for everything he did for my friend's family and you will appreciate him for his expertise.

I had lived in my house for over 38 years and I was now putting it up for sale. The process before the house actually went up for sale would require a lot of dedicated hard work and organization so it was very important to have a relator that I was comfortable with during the entire process.
When I meet Mr. Harrison he was a very calm and caring person, he assured me that he would be my advocate and we would get the best price for my house.
It was a very time sensitive process, getting the house ready to show potential buyers, making necessary repairs, etc. Mr. Harrison was very supportive and provided positive input and suggested timelines for completion and we set the date when the house would go on the market.
l learned a lot about the entire process and an interested buyer put in an offer at the end of November 2020 and so began that process.
Mr. Harrison was indeed an advocate for me and the entire process was completed by January 8,2021.
