Originally from County Waterford in Ireland, Ivor previously worked as lead project manager for a reputable San Francisco real estate developer, where he completed 200 condominium units, 3 single-family homes, and 12 commercial spaces. During this 10-year role, he acquired an in-depth knowledge of the new construction process and the local condominium real estate market. He was able to utilize his love for working with people, coordinating multiple sub-contractor teams to ensure that tight deadlines were met. He now applies these finely-honed organizational skills to his client relationships. Furthermore, his time spent on construction projects in different neighborhoods has given him a unique insight into the city’s wonderfully diverse properties and demographics.
When he is not working hard to find you the best deal, you will find him surfing at Ocean Beach, swimming in the bay, or playing his guitar in the city’s Irish bars. A world traveler, Ivor has surfed off five continents. During his time in Indonesia, he saw the effects of the destruction caused by the tsunami disaster. This spurred him to help organize a free music and arts festival to raise relief funding for those most affected in the region.
Ivor holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University, Ireland and a Masters in Real Estate Economics from the University of Reading, UK.
