I just want to say how very pleased I am with having JD as my Realtor. I live out of state and was needing to sell my Mother's home. A friend mentioned him and I called and spoke with him before I even met him. He was so responsive and caring to do the best in selling my mom's home. I had interviewed several other Realtor's but JD has compassion in what he does and always stays on top of everything. He is just not looking at the $$$. JD sold our house before the current real estate boom. It was such a challenge. He was tireless from start to finish. He helped us stage the house, walked us through every stage of the process, photographed the house and property beautifully and could not have been more responsive or trustworthy. He’s born and raised in Reno and has a complete knowledge of the northern Nevada real estate market, which was invaluable when it came to marketing and selling our house.

We used J.D. as our agent when purchasing our home in Oct 2021 and he was nothing short of a blessing to our family. We had considered many options for realtors but something always led us back to him. He was always so easy to talk and relate to. J.D. was also extremely knowledgeable and always showed up prepared to advise what was best for us and not best for the “sale” which really made us love him even more. Through the entire messy process that buying a home is, J.D. remained calm and worked to keep us calm, focused and on track every step of the way. I seriously cannot say enough good things about working with J.D.

Without even asking, he prepared a portfolio of possible home choices and began searching with us and continued to work with us long distance while we were still in Florida.
