Jack is an amazing and an expert real estate agent. He is also a great family man, gives the best advice, and is a genuine person that you can rely on. He helped me with the process of buying my first house. Eight years ago I was a Navy veteran starting a new career and faced some challenges with my budget but Jack did everything he could to find me the perfect house in my budget. Jack is the realtor you want to use. We were from out of town and looking to sell our Dads house that had recently passed. Jack passed on the easy sale and instead he introduced us to a local realtor that does multi day and weekly rentals. Jack gave up the sale to do what was In our best interest. We are able to keep our dads house in the family and make great money as well. A realtor that truly has the clients best interest at heart. One of a kind. Thank you Jack!!
Side note: Jack did show up to our meeting with comps and showed us very impressive comps if we were going to sell, and he definitely did his homework. We couldn’t pass up on the rental opportunity.🙏🏻🙏🏻

Jack Blake was our realtor while we were relocating from NY to the Virginia Beach area. Jack was terrific finding out what our requirements were for a new home such as 1st floor master, small or maintenance free yard so we could lock and go while we do a lot of travelling in our retirement. The perfect house we found Jack was able to get us into see it 1st on the day it was listed and we made a bid and got the house. Jack was also instrumental in securing an engineering firm to inspect the home and negotiate fixes and the closing costs. We are extremely happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend his as a realtor who does the best for his clients.

Jack Blake was the sole factor in the successful purchase of our current home. Faced with the stress of engaging in the complications of a short-sale transaction, Jack walked us through the minefield of delays, counter-offers, and negotiations with an out of country REIT to finally (after 8 months) triumphantly go to closing. During this prolonged negotiation, Jack, whenever asked, would patiently and professionally show us (without protest) numerous alternative properties even though he knew we were putting all of our eggs into the short sale process. Without his creativity, expertise, knowledge of market, and attention to detail, we are confident we could have never secured our home. A favorite saying of Jack's is he doesn't sell real estate but instead solves problems. We can honestly attest to the fact that Jack is a highly-talented "problem solver" and has become someone we are now proud to call a friend.

Jack was very helpful in finding our dream home. We moved to VA Beach and knew nothing about the area. Jack was so knowledgeable about all the surroundings areas and helped us locate a great neighborhood. We decided to buy a lot and build a custom home. Jack helped us find a lender and worked closely with the lender, the seller and builder to close the deal. Jack made the whole process seam so effortless and relieved the stress of moving to a new town and finding a home. I would highly recommend Jack for all of your home buying needs.

9 years ago I met Jack Blake. I can't begin to tell you how many ways he helped me with the search for my condo. I was recently divorced living in a different part of Virginia and wanted to move somewhere new and different and where I'd never been before. Jack stepped in and was always available to help guide me through my search of Virginia Beach and Norfolk. My father had been a real estate broker most of his adult life and I saw a lot of Jack in my father. His honesty, his knowledge and his friendship really stands out. Jack was there every step of the way even through the settlement. Yes Jack actually showed up at the settlement which is rare to Impossible these days.

But the above does not even start to begin to tell you about Jack Blake. His real true value started after I purchased my condo. He has always kept in touch and is there whenever I have a problem or a question. He has steered me toward other professionals within this area for help in other aspects of my life. Whenever Jack recommends someone to me I always have peace of mind that I will not get shoddy work done or be left high and dry. Jack and I continued to have coffee meetings to just catch up and keep each other apprised of our lives. Jack values friendships with others and it is so obvious. He is a loving family man with a wonderful dear wife and three great kids.

There has never been a doubt in my mind that if I ever have to sell my condo Jack Blake would be the realtor that I would hire. I know I would not find a more knowledgeable realtor in Virginia Beach in the real estate market.

I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker in VA and in 2019 I was stuck in the middle of a transaction of closing on one of my properties and on the verge of losing my commission unless I have an agent represent me because I was representing myself. Entered "Jack Blake," he represented me even though I am a broker, it was smooth sailing after that, we did not only close on the house but I received my full commission on my own property and Jack went further to refuse taking the referral fee I offered him as an agent. Jack Blake was recommended to me my elder brother, and this is high praise in itself. Jack is an honorable and wonderful man. He walked me through the crazy market and opened my eyes.
He advised me and guided me. After a few months of many properties, he stayed with me. I started to feel like I may have been taking too much of his time or being too demanding, but Jack did not express any bad feelings against me. He wanted me to be happy with my purchase and not to have regrets.
Finally came a house that I felt at home in upon entering. Jack was able to get inspections and we could make a game plan. Jack was able to get price reduced to cover costs of repairs to make it move in ready. I was also able to put aside money for some future improvements I would like to make happen.

He has been BEYOND helpful, and an invaluable resource in the sale of our home summer of 2022.

Not only did we get sound trusted advise in every move we made, but he comes highly connected to other affordable professionals for any issue that could arise whether buying or selling. It was obvious that he has a wealth of knowledge in this industry and had an answer for any possible senerio.

He was always very prompt in replying to us and the contacts he referred us to for repairs were not only prompt, professional and affordable-- but also spoke highly of Jack.
