It has been my pleasure to be associated with Mr. McSweeney through the process of acquiring, cleaning and repairing, and marketing a property in Rancho Palos Verdes Estates which closed on Feb 13, 2008. This was a very complicated undertaking as there were nine lenders involved in the foreclosure on this property. I was the person designated to handle the transactions for the lender group. Mr McSweeney made this process much less onerous and much more efficient than it has been in several other instances of foreclosures I have been involved with during the past fifteen months. He is very knowledgeable about this general and special real estate market. He has been remarkable at generating solid offers and efficiently putting together the necessary services and repairs to expedite a rapid closure to the escrow while protecting the interests of buyer and seller, borrower and lender(s). We had a fantastic experience with Jack representing us. We had some complications with finance due to being self employed and one of us being a non-US citizen. In spite of the challenges Jack worked hard to make everything work out for us. He did this by being completely honest with both us and the Sellers and communicating with all parties constantly. He was personable but at the same time remained professional during the entire process. As opposed to most agents we've worked with in the past, he was completely upfront with us at all times - we knew exactly where we stood and appreciated that.
