James Dech

Jim Dech has been a licensed Colorado Realtor for 34 years. He has had the pleasure of being part of Coldwell Banker Plains Real Estate in Greeley, Colorado, since November 1990. Earning his Doctor of Education Degree from University of Northern Colorado, Jim has been an educator for more than 20 years. He taught public school all the way from Kindergarten to the University level. Some of his experience includes teaching science, math, and being Director of the Science Math Council at UNC for over five years. Jim has also used his educator experience to teach Real Estate classes at Aims Community College in RE contracts and RE law. In the past, Jim has served as a President of the local Board of Realtors as well as a Director of CAR and a Director on the IRES Board and a Board member of the local Board of Realtors.
