Wow, we are so happy we went with Jim @ Penn-Jersey Realty in this crazy market!!! Hands down there is no way we would had won our offer if it wasn’t for Jim’s out of the box thinking. He made our offer competitive in ways that didn’t necessarily add up to more dollars but relieved some of the tasks and burden off the seller — I truly believe this is why we won our FIRST OFFER! And no, we didn’t even have to waive inspections to get this done. Jim and team were extremely responsive every step of the way and knew exactly the tasks and timeline to keep everything on track. We would highly recommend Penn-Jersey Realty and will definitely use them if we ever need in the future - but I hope we don’t have to because they got us our forever home!!

Jim helped us sell and buy a house in June 2021. He and his team made the entire process a breeze. They were available around the clock to answer questions and negotiate with the buyers of the house we sold and the seller of the house we purchased. Jim explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making an offer, to working with the mortgage broker. Jim's attentiveness made it possible for us to close in 26 days. After some negative experiences with condescending realtors in the past, we decided to give Penn-Jersey a try as they were referred by a friend. It was the right decision! From the moment we began working with them, we felt supported. We were never made to feel like we had too many questions, or that we were too naive, or any of the other issues we faced previously. I genuinely believe everyone at Penn Jersey is invested in the customer and cares about their experience. When it came time to actually buy a house we got to work with Zach who went above and beyond to help us find our home. It has been a year since Jim sold our first home and helped us find our dream home. Maria and I had a great experience with Jim throughout the process. Anyone who has sold or bought a home knows how stressful and complicated real estate transactions can be. Jim has a unique ability to maintain a calm professional manner no matter the situation. He helped us stage our home for the market, had an excellent 3D tour and had his photographer take great photos. We had offers coming in every few days and sold inside a month. On the purchase side we found our new construction, close to the beach, great for a family and a plenty of room to entertain.

Jim went above and beyond to help us sell our starter home and buy our dream home. It was a struggle for us to find a realtor. We wanted someone who could help us sell our home in Philadelphia, and also buy our next home in NJ. My husband works in the computer industry so it was very import to us both to find a realtor who had a savvy online presence. We believed that having a realtor who was computer savvy, and showed us that on their own website, would have a better grasp of today’s market. With my husbands work schedule being hectic, it was extremely important to us that I felt comfortable with whoever we chose. Jim did not disappoint, he exceeded all of our expectations on every level. The photos sell a home – and let me tell you that our listing photos looked better then I knew that our home could look! He even did a 3d image virtual tour, which was amazing. The sale of our home wasn’t exactly easy and Jim handled it all like a pro, lawnmowers, trashcans and all!
