James has been a real estate Broker serving the San Francisco Bay Area for over 38 years specializing in single family homes, condominiums, 2-4 units, 5+ units and investment properties. James work with Buyers, Sellers, and Investors from the U.S. and China. For the past 23 years, he’s specialized in Listings and in Probates, Conservatorship, and Trust Real Estate Sales. He works closely with Probate and Estate Attorneys as well as various City & County Public Administrator and Public Guardian Offices, and Aging and Adult Protective Services.

Having been in the real estate industry for over 38 years, James has the experience and knowledge on market values and demands to maximize the return on investment from the purchase or sale of a property in the San Francisco Bay Area.

James is an active member of the SF Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors.

On a personal note, he was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to San Francisco when he was 9. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and the Toisan dialect. James is also an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. He has been happily married for 33 years. He loves to ski and has a passion for playing 3-cushion billiards.

His philosophy is to treat each client with a high level of respect, integrity, and trust as he believes in a win-win-win outcome for all parties involved. He believes in the long-term investment of a relationship.
