I truly can't put into words how "above and beyond" Jami Romstadt went for my wife and me. We had an absolutely marvelous experience working with Jami Romstadt. Jami Romstadt helped us navigate our way through the housing market. In the past, we had unsuccessfully worked with another realtor in an attempt to purchase a home for our daughter Candace, but our experience was so damaging that we almost gave up looking. Jami Romstadt was the complete opposite of what we had previously experienced. It’s a funny story how we met. We were thinking of buying a listing of Jami’s, while negotiating with Jami she fought so absolutely hard for her client we could see the sincere care for the seller. We were shocked, impressed and just mesmerized.
Jami Romstadt is warm, honest, hardworking and always has her client's backs. You can tell as soon as you meet her that she truly loves her job and cares about her clients and has their best interest at heart. So, we called, asked Jami to represent us. Jami Romstadt does not hand you off to an assistant or associate realtor. Throughout our entire home buying experience, the only person we ever came into contact with was Jami Romstadt and boy did we contact Jami a lot. All hours of the day, night and weekends, Jami always answered. Did I mention we were in California buying in Ohio,lol
Jami Romstadt sincerely cares about not only your needs as a client, but also as a person. When the offer was accepted on the house we would eventually purchase, I think Jami Romstadt might have been more excited than we were. Jami knew the effort we had put in to make it to that point and was sincerely happy for us. After our offer was accepted Jami continued to guide us through the final stages of the home buying process. Jami always kept us apprised of what to expect. It is easy to feel lost, or unsure of what to expect next, during those final stages because of the rapid succession of events which occur, but Jami always kept us informed and pointed in the right direction. Working with Jami Romstadt always felt like I was working with a close family friend, or even relative. Because of this, Jami Romstadt will forever be our go to person for all of our real estate needs. I honestly cannot imagine ever working with anyone else. Whether you are buying, or selling, Jami Romstadt is the one person you must work with.

Jami did such an amazing job finding our house! She was always so on top of recent listings and made herself so available to us. We found our house minutes after it was listed because of how fast working and responsive Jami is! I would recommend her to anyone I know!
