About Jami

Jami was raised in Colorado and moved to Phoenix on the hottest day on record, June 26, 1990, a whopping 122 degrees. Jami has a background in banking and call center technology and then found her passion in real estate. Initially, as a real estate investor then focusing on helping families to navigate through the nuances of buying and selling residential real estate. She approaches each client as a new relationship and not a transaction. She recognizes each transaction is unique, as clients are unique in their needs, situations, and goals. She is very blessed and many of her clients stay close friends, long after the paperwork is signed. Jami is a creative problem solver and works with great integrity and enthusiasm as she guides both home sellers and buyers to their housing goals. Jami and her husband, Kim, live in the West Valley with their Goldendoodle, Abigail. Jami enjoys spending time with her family and relaxing on her parent’s back patio in Prescott.

Jami is incredible! When I was first meet her, she had this down-to-earth aura and was very compassion. Putting me at such ease during a very difficult time. You could tell she loved what she was doing. She is very good and has a great attitude, very easy to work with. She is so professional, honest, freely sharing her knowledge and giving support to my family needs. Going above and beyond my expectation of her job. She always looked out for our best interest and was available when we needed her. She did not hesitate to refer us to an attorney and accountant who specializes in short sale to protect us from any repercussions. I can not thank her enough for her compassion and expertise. The consummate professional. Very responsive, very knowledgeable on all aspects of the market including local housing, trends, average sales per Sq. Ft. I have purchased 8 houses in my lifetime and I have used 8 different Realty professionals. For the remainder of my life, I will never use anyone other than Jami. I have recommended her to friends and family - that is about the best possible praise you can give someone.

Jami assisted our family on two separate occasions for home rentals. She impressed me right from the start. She was never pushy and even though I had many requests, she was always willing to drive all over the area to find just the right one. I ended up finding the first rental on my own and she made sure all the details were in order even though she didn't get anything out of it. Unfortunately we were forced to find a second rental sooner than expected and the search was on once again. Jami showed us multiple properties, eager to meet our requests. After the perfect rental was found and we moved in, problems ensued. Jami was on top of things and went above and beyond what a real estate professional should have to do. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for someone who will work very hard for you too.
